Last weekend, DC celebrated the Chinese New Year with a parade downtown. The weather was gorgeous and it seemed like half the town came out to enjoy it.It was a small parade, but it packed a punch. There were musicians, breakdancers, lots of dragons, a troop full of elderly, and the requisite beauty queen traveling around in a convertible.
